Paul is a highly skilled Physiotherapist with broad experience across acute hospital care, private practice, and professional sport. He has worked extensively within musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and acute medical settings, developing strong expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment.
Paul has also worked within brain injury, respiratory, and critical care teams, giving him a truly holistic clinical perspective. He is an expert in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and is a specialist in treating vestibular conditions, including vertigo and post-whiplash dizziness, helping patients regain confidence, balance, and control in everyday life. With an additional degree in psychology, Paul places strong emphasis on personalised, patient-centred rehabilitation that is practical, functional, and aligned with each individual’s goals.
Alongside his clinical work, Paul has supported professional basketball teams and enjoys working with both high-performing and recovering athletes. He has delivered one-to-one and group rehabilitation programmes, including ESCAPE-pain for osteoarthritis and ACL rehabilitation classes.
Outside the clinic, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, playing the saxophone, and volunteering as a coach for a local basketball team.
