Shout out to the main man James, runs through things thoroughly with no stone left unturned, makes everything very clear and is very easy to get on with making for a comfortable experience. Practical wise gets to the nitty gritty and doesn’t mess about. Results so far has been more than I expected! The reception staff I’ve come across all seem good spirited, helpful people.
