Olympic Torch Passes Close to The Clinic

What a fabulous occasion – the Olympic Torch making it’s way through Longlevens!  Thousands of people gathering together with good spirit and good feeling to watch the Olympic Torch procession and to celebrate, wave and cheer – one of the things that we Brits do better than anywhere else.

The Olympic Torch travelled down Cheltenham Road on Thursday morning from the centre of Gloucester turning left at the roundabout onto Estcourt road, and we lined the streets in our thousands.  What a great event.

The view from the clinic was a sight to behold, and one that I doubt I’ll ever see again in my lifetime, so I am proud to be able to show off these pictures and am enjoying viewing everyone else’s online.

We rose to the occassion here at the Longlevens Chiropractic & Sports Injury Clinic, and decorated our clinic with bunting and flags.  We could do with more occassions like this and so we look forward to the Queens Jubilee and will be leaving our bunting up until the Jubilee!  We like things to be happy about and to celebrate!!

Well done Gloucester, what a day.
