Daisy graduated from Coventry University in 2014 with a First Class Honours Degree in Sport and Exercise Science. She then went on to qualify with a Masters in Sports Therapy at Gloucester University in 2015. She has a passion for competitive swimming, strong experience of delivering Sports Therapy and Massage to professional teams, and is a member of the Society of Sport Therapists.
With her Sports Therapy and Massage qualifications, coaching experience and Fitness Instructor’s qualifications, Daisy is extremely well equipped to deliver our one-to-one Pilates sessions, and our Exercise Rehabilitation and Massage Therapy programs with great competency, skill and professionalism.
Daisy has a keen interest in sports and keep-fit and has participated in many sports from a young age. It has to be said, though, that her real passion is for swimming – she has competed successfully at county, regional and national levels, reaching the British Nationals in 2009.
Daisy was lucky enough to gain a volunteer place at the London 2012 Paralympic Games and also at the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games. Her dissertation, ‘Can Anthropometric Measurements and Functional Movement Screening (FMS) Predict the performance Ability of Young Swimmers?’, was published in 2015.
